We provide the education and support you need to reach and sustain your goals. We have the resources to help you achieve your ideal weight. After assessing your needs, we will help you find a weight loss program that is just right for you.

We provide a wide variety of meal plans and exercise routines. We will create a meal plan that will help you lose your weight at a safe and efficient pace. Our standard program includes comprehensive testing (blood work and an EKG if needed) and a visit with one of the providers. The provider will give you a personalized reduced calorie diet, vitamin recommendation, B-12 injections, metabolism booster, and if appropriate, an appetite suppressant medication. You will have weekly contact with a provider or health counselor to check on progress and make any diet or medication changes that are needed.

Postpartum Program

We understand that your time is limited as a new mother. Our goal is to assist you in dropping that stubborn baby weight through one of our weight loss programs. We provide exercise programs and meal plans that can help you achieve an overall level of personal fitness and health.

*New mothers can participate in our customized weight loss program as soon as six weeks after giving birth.
